This is just a beautiful two-piece summer dress where you can also wear the separate parts combined with something else.
Two absolute summer basics ;-)

This dress should be a typical 50s dress. Such a dress was missing in my wardrobe until now.
The dress has a lovely swing making it a great dancing dress but when I chose the beautiful flower print I was instantly reminded of a summer picknick. :-)
Matching the dress I also made the Bag for the Picknick Dress ;-)

I wanted a summer dress, that streams like a wisp of nothing around the body for really hot summer days.
So I made this long grey dress with the matching blouse, in case the hot summer days end in not so hot nights ;-)
The finished dress had an elfish touch to it, so I put it in this category :-)

This summer dress is perfectly eligible for garden parties :-)
It is almost too well-behaved with its cute green rose print, but the slightly retro pattern with its deep v-neck which shows a bit of the sewn-in underdress makes up for it ;-)

This summer dress has a beautiful décolleté by the V-neck, a yoke for a fitted waistline and voluminous ruffles, which make ist floor length. It is made out of cotton-fabric with beautiful embroidery.
The dress can be worn as a sun-frock or just as well as a sommerly evening dress. A wide hat and the Little Medieval Onyx Set as accessory complete the dressy sommer outfit :-)

It is a hippie dress for a change ;-)
The dress is ultra-light and airy and super comfy to wear, so it is spot-on for hot summer days :-)

This is an airy two-piece. The top has a ribbon at the neckline and the right side of the top can be gathered by another ribbon. On the front there is a cogwheel stitchery in a laced oval.
The skirt is asymmetrically cut and can be gathered on the short side with another ribbon. At the front there is also a little cogwheel stitchery.
