This nice and warm knitted piece is a scarf that is simply wrapped around the body and closed in the back with a zipper. It looks especially nice over a shirt of a different color or, as in my case, over black ;-)

And since I always need matching wrist warmers for something like this, I also knitted the ribbed gauntlets :-)

The idea for this half scarf – half bolero is not mine. While browsing Etsy I came across this wonderful piece of Marcella. Immediately I felt like knitting a piece like this.
So I copied the pattern as closely as possible and experimented a little with the width, so that I am now quite happy with the result :-)

Status: left the Klamottenkiste, was worn by me a few times, but now belongs to Lisa ;-)
