Since the pattern, that reminds of dresses of the 1890s, is not really historical correct, I made the dress out of materials, that fit even less into that decade.
The anachronism is perfect with that and the Time Lady is born ;-)

The dress is in three pieces: a skirt, a jacket and a mini-bustle. The last bid is decorated with a little clockface trinket.

I made the Time Lady Tricorne, the Time Lady Handbag and the Time Lady Choker as accessory for the dress. Besides that the long Petticoat goes perfectly with the dress.

I followed the pattern 2207 from Simplicity precisely for the three parts of the dress: the jacket, the skirt and the mini-bustle.
I just added a clockface-brooch to the mini-bustle.
