Pure ornamental elegance, that is what these earrings are with their little violet pearls.
Therefore they are wonderful to wear with gothic outfits among other things.

As a tribute to Alexia Tarabotti, main character from Gail Carriger’s novel series The Parasol Protectorate Sandra made this sweet-as-candy jewellery set with some of Alexia’s characteristics like little parasols, teapots and violet pearls as a symbol for her soullessness.

Sandra made this elegant pearl set for my conference in Italy, so that I could wear comparatively simply pearl jewellery with a white blouse and a grey vest.
After the conference I like to wear this set with light coloured blouses as well.
Completed: 2011
Status: I do wear it

These cuffs are made out of firm white satin, they are closed with a lacing on the downside and have loops for the middle fingers. On the upper side they are decorated with little white pearls. In the past I wore them with white or black and white outfits, today they are just lying around.
The cuffs are exclusively sewn by hand.
Completed: 1997
Status: in my Klamottenkiste, but I don’t wear them anymore
